Native of Winchester, Kentucky
	CSEPP Coordinator and Director of Winchester - Clark County Emergency Management since June,  1995.
	Before that, he served as the ARES/RACES Coordinator (Ham Radio Emergency Communications).
	Gary is still an active Ham Operator and an Instrument Rated Commercial Pilot who has flown State Fire Patrol for several years.
	Gary has worked three Presidentially Declared disasters in Clark County: Severe Winter Storm - 1996 Floods - 1997 Snow Storm - 1998
	Has been a member of the CSEPP Exercise IPT since, November,  1998.
	Has served as a CSEPP Exercise Evacuator at other CSEPP sites.
	He and his wife Teresa have two children.
